Food that comes in a box already made.

My friend invited me to her house for a "homecooked" meal, but when I got there it was not quite what I expected, nothing on the table was "home cooked" or "home made" everything had been taken out from a box or a container, I felt betrayed because I had been promised a home cooked meal, so immediately I stood up and threw all the Non Legit Food across the table and walked away like a straight up Legit Bamf!

This phrase has the same meaning as the phrase "for reals" or "true shit". The person on the receiving end of this phrase would if true respond with Legit shit. However if the answer is negative the response would most likely be Shit ain't legit.
