Devon

A sweet guy that has brown hair and brown eyes. He has been through a lot. He is often quiet and can be rather flirty when single, yet will treat his girl like a queen and be loyal to her. He is caring, compassionate, sweet, loving, and shy. You mess with his friends, and you will see his bad side. He puts others before himself, due to the things he's been through. He doesn't want others to hurt like he did/does. When you find a Devon be gentle he can be hurt easily, but he will always be someone you'll want in your life.

Avoiding mutual interference by allocating time and assets to avoid conflict (collisions, double booking, over-stretching resources etc.).

The term is most commonly used by the military and engineers.

If you have a one lane street with two direction of traffic going through it, the drivers cannot go in both directions at the same time. Drivers can deconflict by taking turns. Three cars go one way, then three cars go the other way.
