The car in front of me was driving 40 in the fast lane and would not move over I had no choice but to COP BUMP them out of my way.

Because manatees are threatened, Florida laws typically require boats to drive slower in rivers and coastal areas to protect the manatees, should you drive over one with a motorboat.
