It should mean the strong impulse to travel. But actually nobody uses it.
The actually meaning is something like "I like hiking"

Willy Wonker

The act in which one aggressively masterbates whilst viewing films starring the underground up-and-coming actor, 'Johnny Depp,' most well known for his astonishing performance as the character, 'Willy Wonka.' This term only applies when the Willy Wonking is conducted due to arousal caused by the presence of Johnny Depp. The arousal cannot be due to any outside stimulus or other aspects of the film that our messiah is starring in. If Johnny is only a side character in the film being viewed at the time, this term can still apply, so long as one acknowledges that Johnny Depp will always remain the true star in our hearts.

Joseph: I see you're still Wonking your Willy from before I left for work this morning. (Joseph leaves at 4am and came back at 10pm.)
