1. To be more perfect than something that already is considered perfect
2. To be more perfect than the other person in a relationship let’s say his name is Morgan and the others name is Malina, if he/she were to say they are “perfecter” than the other then the person called “perfecter” would be considered more perfect

Malina: “You’re perfect”
Morgan: “You’re perfecter”
