A person of inner city or outer suburban Dublin (or any Knackeraguan area) who wears Pyjamas as daywear with full make up and no self respect. Often also referred to as a scaldy, skanger or chav type with aggressive demeanour. Recently banned by Tesco in one UK store.

I can understand putting the bins out in your pyjamas now and again but wearing them to the supermarket with Uggs? Total PJ Hooker.
