Book King

When an individual has their shares exclusively under book designation in their transfer agent portfolio, also known as DRS holdings.

This can be in the form of paper certificates or book-entry record keeping. Book-entry just means the shares are recorded electronically instead of in paper form. Book-entry has nothing to do with being a book king and the two should not be confused.
