In Newfoundland, we use many slang terms that can't be found anywhere else. To us, a skeet is an ugly or unhygenic person, or generally someone who is hard looking. Sometimes it is used as an exaggeration to indicate the opposite as well.

Liz's new boyfriend is a real dirtbag. Boy, what a skeet.
