Bartosz's Law

A law which describes the feeling that a Colorado driver experiences when witnessing someone driving poorly or recklessly on I-25, only for it to be revealed the vehicle has Texas plates.

This phenomenon is similar in sensation to Bidoof's Law.

Guy 1: "Did you see the video of the man driving from Colorado Springs to Denver in 20 minutes on his bike?"
Guy 2: "Yeah! He's from Texas. Classic Bartosz's Law."
