A common word used by young children, I'm sure they get it from this game called "Roblox".
The sound comes after a player restarts or "dies".

Originally a sound used when digitally abused in Roblox. Now being used when an insult is made in your presence or when someone is feeling there self. The word tends to get annoying when over used.
