One who is a female that is met on the Internet. Also a female who, after significant correspondence over the Internet, gets a burning and passionate desire to meet online suitor in person by buying a plane ticket and visiting them, most typically in New York City.

Rob: "Who, Milwaukee Liz, Liz L. Whitefish Bay Liz, Indianapolis Liz, or any of the above Lizes?"

Friend: "Bingo, you got it."

heavily photoshoping (sometimes) to remove all other information.
Though in real life, there just an ok looking narcassistic and yet insecure bitch\bastard, who would otherwise be a well rounded person, if the internet had no infected her with internet confidence and twisted them
