Pick Me Girl

A girl who is the opposite of the Imposter Syndrome Girl.

A Pick Me Girl feels no need to self-sabotage when blessings come her way. She is full of gratitude. She sees the excitement and beauty in each situation in life. And is not afraid to be selfish for such exciting and beautiful things.

Childlike, bold, go-getting, and full of self-love, she gleefully squeals “Pick me! Pick me! Pick me!” Over and over again

That is why she is called a Pick Me Girl

July 31 - It is Maria’s 5th birthday party. Her and her 5 friends are sitting on the living room carpet - Maria, Stephanie, Alyssa, Doug, Jack, Lindsey.
Maria’s mother ties a pastel blue balloon animal in the shape of a dog.
Maria’s mother: “Who wants this one—-?”
Stephanie: “Pick meeeeeEEEEEEE!!!!!”
Maria’s mother: “oh Stephanie! You are such a Pick Me girl!”
