People in Kodiak Alaska, who realize there's nothing else to do here but get drunk... have a Kodiak liver.

A nicer more politically correct way of saying wooly back, which is derogatory. A Liverpolitan is someone from the Liverpool region, but who is not an actual scouser. Probably someone who is a bit posher.
