Liverpolitan

A nicer more politically correct way of saying wooly back, which is derogatory. A Liverpolitan is someone from the Liverpool region, but who is not an actual scouser. Probably someone who is a bit posher.

"My mum and dad are scousers but I'm a Liverpolitan. I was born in St Helen's."
