Having a mental breakdown inside your head but not showing it externally or just surpresssing it. You how sometimes you stare into space and you have a poker face but people know something is going through your head, it’s like that but all day.

Person 1: Hey do you have the keys to the car?

Person 2: ...

Person: I guess he’s having an internal breakdown, I’ll leave him alone
