The word dusty describes a girl who has ashy skin.She does not take the time to prepare herself or use proper hygiene. To call a girl dusty means shes low class and is not respected by those who have social status.

That dusty girl needs a job and a life. Shes needs to clean her self up and take care of her kids instead of going to the club every night.
