This phrase is used instead of the term "um"
Although used quite frequently, this should not be a replacement for simply stuttering in a sentence or to dismiss valid claims or during an argument. Usually used in a corporate setting to dismiss colleagues or to vacate responsibility.

I have a right to be here. You shouldn't be stealing my shit you fucking clown. The retard shouldn't be in my email. The whore shouldn't be fucking him. I shouldn't be getting surveilled.
Hym "How can you say that a literal prisoner of the state and donut slave who was born here that he shouldn't be here? And that I should have to let you rob me because I don't have your permission to be more successful than you? Your ass is too used to dealing with the other retards. If you all want to be collectively in on it you can all be collectively guilty for doing it and that includes your kids. And there is no argument."
