English Speaker Mentality

A kind mentality that monolingual English speaker has when learning a new language.
For example:
mispronouncing the vowels.
apply the nonsensical spell of English to a language with logical spelling and trying to read it.

never prounce the R in other language properly.
thinking that all the people in the world know English so learn the minimum of the set language.

I can't belive he just pronounce "karaoke" like "keriyoki", I bet he have an English Speaker Mentality.

Fluid Mentality

Not to be confused with "Fluid Mental Rigidity". Although similar, the difference is between the ability to stand one's ground but also be accepting of others and there difference's. Someone with this trait can fit in anywhere or be any shape the situation requires, without conflict of ideology or lifestyle. Like a fluid.

Man! I thought that preppy kid wouldn't be able to handle that kind of crowd! I was wrong, he must have a fluid mentality.

XO Mentality

The mindset of a person who gets shit done even if they don’t get recognized for it. Usually being overshadowed as an underdog, assistant, or right-hand-man type of figure. They get results for personal kicks and satisfaction of knowing they did it, not for glory. This to the extent of potentially self-sabotaging by focusing too hard on the desired outcome.

Also referred to as simply The Mentality or La Mentalidad between those who posses it

“Jaime is doing a great job as captain, they’ve already got everybody warming up already”

Nah, Peyton is the one you should compliment, they have the XO Mentality. Jaime just wears the armband.
