chappy is the german word that is used to describe anger or short temper. a person who is regarded as a chappy will suffer from server anger managment issues and abnormally large mussel mass. there is only one thing that can calm a chappy down and this is by placing a sock on his nose as soon as the sock touches his nose all the anger will drain away and the chappy will return to normal

dave chappelle

A funny man. But he's oversensative, humourless and jumps to conclusions. Reportedly he walked out on his contract because one of his white employees LAUGHED at HIS pixie skit. Dave jumped to the conclusion that it was a racist laugh, and thus flaked on his friends, employees, fans and show to go to Africa, because thats obviously the non-ironic thing to do for a black man pissed off at stereotypes.

Neal, Dave's writing partner later claimed that thats just how that particular white employee always laughs.

Dave Chappelle went to Africa.
