This is a reference to playing cards due to the cards with faces being the most valuable.

The term gained popularity after Big L's song Ebonics was released.

Overexposure to 'facebook' - a social networking website. It describes a situation or person who uses unnecessary applications, completes tedious quizzes and tests, uses real money to buy 'virtual gifts' and continuously pokes and/or gets poked by other facebook users.

Dweeb Numbnuts was doing so many quizzes and receiving so many pokes on facebook that he was developing face-ache.
