a person who thinks that looking the part makes up for lack of knowledge, they have no idea what they are doing and are in a managerial position but suck at it, often found parading around talking on their cell phones avoiding serious work issues. Carhart cowboys have no useful education, work experience or aptude to do what they are in charge of in their field.

Carhartt Cowboy

Any 25-30 year old male that wears a Carhartt jacket and pants as fashion. He usually accents the poser outfit with logging boots. You can tell the pussy is not a working man because his Carhartt’s are clean and the skin in his hands lack callouses and dirt under the nails. The thought of manual labor makes this tomato cry. He has the mechanical skills of a 10 year old girl, but he proudly wears his gear to buy craft beer.
