Someone who eats a lot and exercises. They got brains, but also lift weights and eat big to get big. They're muscular and also have big brains and a dad bod so kind of chubby, but it's muscular dad bod. And they eat meats, and eat all their fruits and vegetables. Yes, they eat some junk food sometimes, but they add healthy stuff.
