The original Bikini Coffee Shop was founded by two brother's in Salem, Oregon. It started with one newspaper article in the local paper. Followed by local television news channels. Soon after Bikini Coffee was featured on CNN for its bikini themed coffee shops. The news exposure launched Bikini Coffee to franchise it's business, landing an astonishing 71 franchisees their very first year of being a franchisor.

Bikini Coffee was founded in May 2007.
