Bullet Docking

The act of placing a snorter bullet (often used as a recreational nasal party prescription dispenser) on the end of the penis, rolling the foreskin over it so only the tip of the bullet is showing then having someone snort from it, giving the impression they are snorting a bump out the end of a penis.

"OK ladies, let's round up some guys, get them Bullet Docking the gear and head to the park for a few rounds of Russian Boullette. It's all swings and roundabouts at the end of the day!"
