The act of quickly ignoring an incoming phone call and sending them directly to voicemail. Usually done to a person thats calls multiple times a day.

John: Man, Steve wont stop blowing up my phone. When will he get that I dont need to talk to him 4 times a day.

Jason: What is he, your girlfriend? Bitch Bump his ass to voicemail a few times and he'll get the point that you dont want to talk to him.

then that person has two people, then that person has two more people, and so on.

repeat the process until the entire town knows your secret. usually performed by bitches, hence the name.

Guy 2: Yeah.
Guy 1: How do you know?
