The Peter Walk

The act of going to "help" a user in work but while going to him/her, he or she will walk really slow while texting or playing a game on their iPhone.

After helping the user, he or she will now walk back 10x slower and randomly stopping while on his or her iPhone.

John: Tom Where are you going?
Tom: To help a user?
John: Ohh, the Peter Walk.

two guys doing this is how I came up with the "french" part. the peeper being the whole using binoculars to watch girls at the pool and not being about to jerk it without loosing you line of sight. making said guys the french peepers.
