A derogatory name used by an uneducated person in their description of a person who seemingly suffers with Mental Health.

I.e

Psychosis/ Personality disorder/ Bipolar /Schizophrenia or any other undefined or undiagnosed seeming Mental Abnormality.

Mental Rolodex

A group or random collection of past events that a dumbass female will use against a man while engaged in an arguement to attempt to make said man feel as shitty as humanly possible. Even though majority of these said events at the present time are outdated and no longer apply to the current conversation.

My wife flipped through her Mental Rolodex to give me shit during an arguement by telling me that I should have married my Ex-girlfriend knowing damn well that cunt cheated on me.

When you completely ignore someone.

Example 1:
Person 1: Dave?
Person 1: Davveee?!

Person 1: OOh you putting a mental block on me ehh?

This can then be adapted for wherever you are such as a room block.
Example 2:
Person 1: Dave?

Person 2: Alright Dave how are ya?

Person 3: Hes put a room block on us all.
