In a professional, business or government office setting, typically mentioned by a user when you receive requests from 2 or more managers (or other business associates) through email, telephone, IM , video conference, etc. all at the same time. Most often the request or information that is being conveyed is the exact same thing message from all managers or absolutely conflicting information on a subject matter.
