Piss High

pronounced pis hahy. It is often said with the two words slurred as one.

Piss High is used when an individual is high out of their fucking mind. Their motor skills are delayed and they bug about absolutely nothing or simply sit on the couch with a severe case of the munches. Essentially, it has the same meaning as "piss drunk" without the throwing up and the nonsense of alcohol.

Girl #1 "Is he driving?!"
Girl #2 "He should not be driving! He is piss high!"
