A network created in 1999 which brings you a variety of sites. Once disputed upon between Oxygen Inc. and Oxygen Media Inc. between Mr. Saleh & Oprah Winfrey. Oxygen Inc. was established one year before Oxygen Media Inc. thus making any argument invalid.
