Soundouss

a girl who is quite pretty, doesn't normally wear much makeup. she has a few friends, and not many people like her. She falls out with people quickly, and says things that could affect others in some way(i.e. hurt, anger, confusion)
she looses friends that she supposedly calls her best friends over something quite stupid (i.e. not returning a DVD)
shes not a very nice person, and is someone you should stay away from in the future

Soundoff (n) A Rhode-Island based punk band best known for their stage antics (playing pantsless, making balloon animals, dancing with Santa), their ability to connect with fans on a personal level, and a little ditty called 401 Pride.

Pulling a Soundoff (v) Playing pantsless, stalling during songs, forgetting your instruments, and having ferocious amounts of pride for your local scene.

The term used by Jon Stewart of Daily Show to describe Rod Blagojevich. It's familiarity to the Oscar Nomination for best film "Slumdog Millionaire" is just random.

Man 1: Hey did you watch Slumdog Millionaire?

Man 2: You mean last week's Daily Show? How could I miss that, to see that Blagojevich get screwed...it was awesome

Man 1: What? Blagojevich? What are you talking about?

Man 2: Scumdog Million-Hairs!

Man 1: Oh that...well I was talking about Slumdog Millionaire, quite a confusion there eh?
