scallywag/carpet-bagger

During reconstruction after the civil war in the southern U.S. there were notherners who came down who were called scallywags and carpet baggers. The word scallywag meant troublemaker and carpet-bagger was an allusion to the bags carried by the norther buisness men who came just to profit. The use of both of these terms was in effect of any person seen as one of these type of people, regardless of race.

I learned about people who former confederate supporters reffered to as scallywags and carpet-baggers in My U.S. history class in 11th grade when the unit vocabulary was being discussed.

A saying when you hear something very unfunny and offensive, or when your just confused maybe when you just want to shout out something random for no reason, other than showing your discomfort. This sentence is often used in cat videos on tiktok, especially with the other sentence "masala brother, he will be grounded into a fine dust, a fibrous powder"

the term scally comes from the word scally-wag it is used to describe the low life scum in the area of liverpool.
Scally girls are usually an unnatural shade of orange or luminous brown due to eccessive bashing of sunbeds and fake tan and bronzer, will not be seen without the cheap 5 pound "ugg boots" from storm and usually have such a thick scouse accent you wont understand what they are saying.
They always hang around in groups one of them pushing a second hand buggy.
to spot a scally girl ull find them at the back of the bus playing music loudly from their mobile phones and talking loudly and/or upsetting passengers on the bus

Person who seems to be going jogging, until you see that they are weighed down by half thier parent's wages in gold. Wears mobile phone round neck, that's what the kiddies do nowadays.

Has ego almost as big as the pair of socks they are wearing, which stretch over their jogging bottoms. Maybe an ingenius attempt to keep rain out of the ports / nikes.
