*Jeff beats his wife, is a raging alcoholic, rapes babies, murders people, and steals shit all the time BUT Jeff goes to church..... this makes Jeff a hypocrite*

*Jeff is talking to his friend about football and along walks a hypocrite and Jeff says "DAMN I HATE HYPOCRITES!".... now armed with the knowledge that Jeff is a hypocrite and he complains about hypocrites we can officially call him a "double hypocrite"*

parent: I smoked marijuana by the bulk when i was 14, but you son unfortunately can't
son: why not? you did it.
parent: because i said so, now go study or you'll end up disappointing me with your bad grades.
son: why? you disappointed your parents and dropped out of school. thats total hypocrisy!
parent: just do it! now I'm going spark one up on the balcony, remember drugs and smoking are bad!

The right's outrage and demands for sacking of Yassmin Abdel-Magied after outrage over demands for the sacking of Bill Leak reeks of hypocristeria.

Hypochristian

A person who proclaims christian values while acting in the opposite manner. A portmanteau of hypocrite and christian.

During the divorce, his outwardly fine, upstanding, church-going parents-in-law were nasty, underhanded and dishonest. This caused him to invent the word hypochristian to describe their behaviour.
