Hucking

I heard it used on E! in 1998 on a show having to do with skiing in the Rockies. Perhaps it does have roots to the existing definition listed here at urbandictionary, but extreme skiers have been using the term for years in reference to hucking or skiing off a particularly dangerous cliff or ski area. It's not limited to skiing but does seem to be popular on the West Coast.

huck

1) A term generally used in extreme sports referring to a large jump, often without knowledge or regard for the risk or consequences.
2) The term can also be applied to risk assesment in everyday life, taking actions regardless of the risk or consequences. (A strengthening of resolve, as opposed to 'fuck it' which is a form of giving up)

1) "He hucked the jump over on the north corner, not even knowing about the gravel pit below"
2) "This may not be my best decision, but huck it, I'm going to try anyway"

Huckabee

A spin of logic unbeknownst to the speaker. Promoting a project that you think is great but, never questioned the alternatives or validity. Faith in yourself not to be in error, while inexperienced or shollow in reasonable logic skills. Express a solution to a problem's symptoms rather than the fundemental cause. A trick of the mind that consistantly make you look stupid to most, but smart to like minded individuals.

Should I think more about this or just risk a Huckabee.
Is that talking head clueless or a budding Huckabee?

Hucker

A hucker is an extreme sportsman, usually bmx, who will take large drops and boost gaps. Usually huckers do not possess skill to grind, tailwhip, barspin, or any of that smooth boy stuff. Huckers also usually have little skill overall, and only impress by doing crazy drops and gaps.
