The Carthaginian empire spanned from Tunisia (where Carthage is) through Libya and most of North Africa, Spain, Mallorca, Corsica, Sicily, and Sardinia.
His name also inspired the name of the city of Barcelona, which was once part of the Carthaginian empire.

Since the show began, there were always tones of romance, whether it be metaphorical, or literal; sexually, or romantically. And while some may think were are only friends, those opinions don’t change the fact that the creator has confirmed they are canon, and that they are “deeply in love with eachother”.
The creator actually ships them as well, sadly we didn’t get a kiss or a continuation of the story because the show was cancelled in 2015.
