Synyster Gates

The lead guitarist for Avenged Sevenfold, a California Metal Band, also known as A7X. Synyster Gates is the awesomest fuckin guitar player ever, period. He does really diffecult guitar solos, like for Seize The Day, Afterlife, Unholy Confessions, and many others. And he does it all with ease.

Synyster Gates is the awesomeness.Listen to any A7X song and it's pretty obvious.

Neon Gravestone

A symbol in the lore of Twenty One Pilots's new album Trench. It is a bit difficult to understand if you are not into the lore of their albums.
Basically a neon gravestone is a headstone made from lightbulbs at a ceremony by the nine bishops to celebrate one who has committed suicide while captive in the walls of Dema.

Much like the song Neon Gravestones it is a symbol of glorifying death.

"He had a neon gravestone made in honor of his suicide."

grades

Either a letter, check mark, or numerical percentage, awarded to students to serve as an arbitrary means of evaluating one’s academic performance regarding various scholarly subjects and thus assessing one’s comparative worth against his/her pupils. Grades originated out of social necessity through individuals who were too stupid to recognize whether or not someone had any intellectual value without a universal standard to measure by.

The most stupid example of grades is the minus/plus system, which penalizes the achievers and rewards the slackers.
