Can be reffered as anything and everything, by anyone to anyone, as an insult or compliment at any time and for any means possible. or as a word to describe how drunk and off your head you are.

example 1:
- hey check out that idiot over there
- yeah, what a foozie man!

example 2:

-dude... im so drunk, sam's bar tab is sweet!
-its sick hey, im so foozied

Snatch Foogle

A verb which means to unexpectedly steal someone's Iphone, somehow unlock it, and mess with the settings, pictures, and other things, while the victim doesn't notice until later.

Ryan: I'm gonna snatch foogle Sarah's Iphone!

Tom: You won't!

Ryan: *Takes her Iphone *
30 minutes later

Sarah: Hey, who took my Iphone?

Ryan :Sorry!
Sarah: Why is there a picture of your crotch as my home screen?
