Basically, faunoiphilia is the sexual arousal towards animals having sex. Therefore, faunoiphilic footage is a fancy name to the more straightforward "animal porn". A faunoiphile is someone who is addicted to animal porn.

Faunoiphilic material (aka animal PORN) is used in both comedic and demonstrative purposes, however, it's not as condemned as zoophilia or vanilla pornography.
