Desperate student

A desperate student is a student struggling in class. Normally he's having difficulties understanding the course materials, or having difficulties complete the assignments.

The consequences are he (she) become desperate, he starting to disturb other students and become paranoid, irritated.

Desperate Projectile

Any Random, hard, throw able object(s) found around you thrown at someone in desperation.

Like staplers from your desk while your boss is lecturing you about your TPS reports, or your shoe thrown at George Bush for some (Iraqi) reason or another.

Usually these aren't planned to be thrown but used to quickly satisfy the urge to hit someone that is extensively pissing you off.

The Iraqi finally had it with the President of the US, he DESPERATELY looked around for a PROJECTILE;
(hence Desperate Projectile)
removed his shoe and lobbed it at him. The Iraqi not being satisfied with his first throw took off his other shoe and attempted to hit George Bush Again.

People who write or look up urban dictionary definitions of good things about their name to take their mind off the fact they rank among the scum of the earth.

Example I

"Oh look Sebastian, this UD entry says that I'm handsome and cool."

"Sounds like someone needs to get hit by a bus... Big time."

The Tale of Desperaux

An incredibly awesome book by Kate Dicamillo that tells the separate stories of Desperaux Tilling, a tiny mouse shunned by the rest of his kind, Chiaroscuro(Aka. Roscuro), a once light-loving rat whose heart was broken years ago, and Mig, a poor servant girl whose father sold her for a couple of cigarettes, a red tablecloth, and a hen. In the last section of the book the characters come together during Roscuro's plot to kidnap the princess and... that's all I'm saying for the sake of not ruining the ending(sorry :D). This beautiful story is at least five times better (and deeper) than that shit they call The Tale of Desperaux movie (friendship?! WTF?).

If you haven't read it then you should! Though...I wouldn't really suggest it if you're over a certain age(i.e. 16 and up shouldn't read it in public or at all if you're used to more challenging books) because of the simplicity of reading it(though not extremely simple).
