Steve bidded to work 3 shifts next week knowing that he was not going to work them and his coworkers would have to pick up his slack, and when the time came Steve called out of work and lounged around his house all day.

Used to describe individuals who are: good, bad, or neutral. People who were raised counter culture, and it is apparent.
