“Drunk off your ass”; having a difficult time walking and/or speaking coherently (can sometimes only say “AHHH AHHHHHH AHHHHHH”) as a result of heavy alcohol imbibement. Someone who is at this point can be nicknamed “Todgerman” or “Todgerwoman” as though they have become a drunk alter ego/superhero-type character.
