A play on the words "we too low" that is written in the style of Chinese names for humour. It refers to a plane being under the necessary altitude during flight. The term was used as a prank on KTVU while describing the pilots of Asiana Flight 414.
KTVU has just learnt the names of the four pilots who were on-board the flight. They are Captain Sum Ting Wong, Wi Tu Lo, Ho Lee Fuk and Bang Ding Ow.
