A condition in which a person who is not able to decide whether or not they are friendly.

Steve was pretty crabby earlier, but now he is awfully friendly. Must be another case of schizophrendliness.

A person with schizophonia might use a concealed bluetooth earphone to chat with an unseen partner in a crowded elevator while maintaining a fixed, vacant stare.
