NCTAMS

The worst place ever to exist on this plane. A building with subterranian qualities although build above ground, no windows are allowed to shine the light of god on it's halls. People at NCTAMS walk as if they are dead back and forth waiting for 12 hours to go by.

I heard NCTAMS is getting a whole A school class! That's 30 more sailors who will never reenlist.

NCTD

Geographically only used in the northern portion of San Diego County. It literally stands for North County Transit District, but is also used to mean No Car To Drive - as in, anyone who is taking a bus has no car to drive.
