A term used to describe someone (usually in a discord server) who is self-centred and biased when it comes to people. If someone is called a "Mo", they are usually considered to be unsympathetic and unable to look at other people's perspectives.

Person A: Man, I love encouraging a toxic community and doing whatever I like with my server members without considering its consequences and the demolishment of my reputation that will follow.
