mentor college (n.)

A dingy kind of school that prides itself on being university prep. Administration is not the most helpful; neither are the guidance counsellors. Obviously the only school with buses on the road when the region declares it a snow day. Two exams per course, instead of one. Mental health of the students is not the greatest, but hey they’ve got a nice field though!!

Guy 1: What's wrong with Elise, why is she at school?
Guy 2: She's at mentor college (n.) remember? They don't get snow days...

Sugar mentor

This term typically describe someone who showers you with knowledge, advice, and life experience. It’s similar to a life coach, just a different way to express that. It can also refer to someone who helps you pay for things in non-traditional sugar parent or baby/child ways, such as financially mentoring you by starting you off, etc.

My sugar mentor helps me learn every day, I love it! The sugar is simply so intellectually stimulating!

Definition: Following someone without letting them know you follow them.

I follow Teyler Path on YouTube. This man is my shadow-mentor, I religiously follow his tips and tricks while working out. I am forever grateful to him for shadow-mentoring.
