Nickname for South Sacramento (California). Arguably the worst part of Sacramento, CA. The term originated from the amount of gunshots heard daily/nightly. Turf wars, drive-by’s, police helicopters and the occasional explosions earned it this name by all Sacramento natives.

He was also on the local news after two gang members punched a old white lady where he stated locals call the area South Sac Iraq.

1. Little Rock and/or North Little Rock; especially in or around the hood. Refers to the area's high rate of violent crimes (2.5% chance of being victimized) being like the Iraq War.

2. USS Little Rock; specifically, the time that the ship got stuck in ice for four months in Canada when it was supposed to be in Florida. It was a fuckup like the Iraq War.
