This word is above college level students. It is a combination of dramatically and drastically. It is used meaning something is changing in and extreme and surprising way, when something/someone is being overly dramatic, or when someones "tongue is tied" and they mix he two words together.

Dramatically + Drastically = Dramastically; When something is both so dramatic and drastic that you have to combine the two powerful words.
"Satan, stop being so dramastic. We get it, papa doesn't love you."
"Wow, that was a dramastical failure."
"Bro, that new film was dramastically cool."

Seth Thomas's (of Alabama) definition of how fast a conversation changed. A combination of dramatically and drastically.
Chris: Yeah i love that team they are really good
Carter:No their team sucks and can't score to save their lives
Seth:Wow that conversation changes really dramastically
Everyone at the table:Seth what the hell just came out of your mouth?
