It is a German name for pain. During World War 2, Adolf Hitler would usually name his soldiers Dookhan because he wanted the enemies to feel nothing but pain.

My great grandfathers a German soldier and Hitler gave him the name Dookhan. to honor his country he agreed to change his late name to Dookhan.
