2. A film with rare footage of bands such as the Germs, X, Fear, Catholic Discipline, Black Flag, The Alice Bag Band, and Circle Jerks.
3. Penelope Spheeris's footage of the early West Coast punk scene which ranges from obscure bands to better known bands of the scene of the time. Hey Frank, did you see the Decline of Western Civilization? I paid fifty bucks for my bootleg copy, but the footage was well worth it. It provided me with alot of great footage, interviews, and interesting facts of what the scene used to be like.
